Shipping & Delivery
Where does Flowly ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and European Union countries.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after shipment is 8–15 business days for the United States, 10–18 business days for Canada, and 10–20 business days for the European Union.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. All orders include tracking. Tracking details are sent by email after the order ships and may take 2–5 business days to begin updating.
Payments & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. Eligible customers may also use supported cards through PayPal checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed.
What if my order has not arrived?
If your order is outside the estimated delivery window, email support@flowlyco.shop with your order number. We will review the tracking and work toward a resolution.
Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us before returning an item.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email support@flowlyco.shop with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
