Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and European Union countries. 


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Estimated Delivery Times

These are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order:

  • United States: 8–15 business days
  • Canada: 10–18 business days
  • European Union: 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods (e.g., holidays). We ship from fulfillment centers in Asia; international transit times reflect this.


Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after the shipping label is created.


Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


Lost or Delayed Orders
