Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts not caused by our error, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Downloadable or digital products (if applicable)

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@flowlyco.shop with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you wish to return
  3. The reason for the return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately at support@flowlyco.shop. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
